I told him I have the same issue.

I can never find the end of the yarn. When I do find it easily it always foreshadows a problem. Yeah, knotting. For some reason, the yarn gets all knotted and I end up with a friggin' mess.
You know, that buck is a hunters dream. Nice rack and easy to spot, thanks to the purple disaster on his head. The poor guy must take a lot of teasing over that disaster. On the up side, the top of his head will stay warm and he is shaded from the UV rays.

unfortunately, netter,I think this is a decoy that someone decorated with yarn.. The fur doesn't look right.... then again who can tell from a picture...At least they picked a pretty color to use...purple my second favorite color, next to green...

This is exactly why I do not do anything with yarn.

hmm. That was the scene in my house last night but with the puppy. No antlers though. Still, a mess just the same.
(I am secretly proud of her knowing that she loves yarn.)

I'd love to know the story behind this one...how the heck would he get it all over?

You know, to me it looks like one of those hammocks that you put between two trees. The kind you get in Mexico for nothing. My Sister had one. I bet he was eating in a back yard and got himself tangled up in it. He even has sticks stuck in there. I bet that dumb deer freaked out.

Hey Netter would you please read my blog on myspace!! Kent (hubby) said that he would shed his antlers and then the game and parks would keep them or sell them. The string won't hurt him!

Yup, I've had days like that!

Mandy, I know the string wont hurt him...lol, my point is how embarassing would that be if we were deer. Plus I have yarn issues of my own.

That's what I kind of looked like this weekend when I actually knitted for the first time.

Yeah it is! My Uncles would be stumbling over each other trying to get a shot. Actually Lonnie would tell Dad not to shoot him for some reason but only she he could have a shot at him later.
