I'd rather be allergic to ice cream.

Isn't that lovely?! This is what happens to me when I spend to much time in the sun. I get a rash. No, it isn't a heat rash. I never get it under my clothing, it only appears where the sun hits my skin. It's gross. It gets worse the more I am outside. If I stay out of the sun for a few days the color will go away pretty quick and the bumps will stick around for a while. If I go outside again before the bumps are gone the color comes right back. Sometimes it itches, sometimes it doesn't. It always starts out on the top of my hands and fore arms. If I am not careful it will spread to my legs and neck, but not under my clothing. It also makes me feel icky. Seriously, I love ice cream, but I would gladly switch a sun allergy for an ice cream allergy.

Welcome home. Hope you had a good time and your parents did not work you too hard. Please be careful about that sun allergy, it looks painful. I used to get terrible hives and the sun would bring out pain something awful. Missed reading your blogs, thought you would talk your mom into a new computer. Didn't you have withdrawal symtoms?

Thanks Carole, yep Mom put me to work but we did get a lot done, I will be blogging about it, bit by bit. Mom has other things on her list before she gets to the new computer. I was so busy that I didn't have time to miss blogging but it did feel good to log in again. I am pretty careful about staying out of the sun when I get that rash. I actually had to go home instead of attending Brandon's dirt bike races. I just knew that it would be to much. I spent one evening with an ice pack on my arms because their was a lot of heat in the rash and it was killing me. I'm OK now though.

I'm still spotty but I don't feel sick from it anymore. I'm staying out of the sun for a while.
