Blanche and Mark "Sonny" Schoenberg, aka Bubbe and Zayde, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary over the weekend. I was not able to attend but I was lucky enough to help out with some of the odd's and end's. They would have been married 62 years but Mark had to miss his wedding the first time because the Army was sending him overseas and he wasn't allowed to contact anyone.
