I was just wondering... You know how you pick a dandelion and blow all the seeds off while making a wish. Well, if the dandelion is not completely full and is missing some of its seeds already, does the wish still count? Is it only 75% of a wish or is it a full power wish?
That 25 % could make a big difference.
