Nothin' to see here, people, move along. Ok, if you insist on staying, atleast take your shoes off and make yourself comfortable. Once I get started...well, you could be here for a while. (Just ignore the typos. I do.) Yes, snacks are allowed as long as you share and clean up after yourself. Oh yeah, hey...if you happen to see my scissors around here, could you let me know. I could have sworn I had them right here a minute ago.

Today is OK, yesterday was a different story
Man, was I in a hormonal state of unrest yesterday. I guess that is why I never posted any of the things I wrote yesterday...I knew it was going to pass. It all started when I read something...long story and I won't get into it here, but I was already keyed up so it hit me hard. Don't worry, I vented and felt better. There are just some raw nerves exposed from a past mishap. Typical stuff.
Today is a pretty good day so far. I guess the hormonal surge has subsided. I started cutting the ivy in front of the house that has taken over the yard. I hate it and I told Cliff it was getting chopped back. Once I pointed out the mess, he agreed it would look better with a lot of work. I enjoy gardening, I really do. There is something about getting dirty and making changes that perks me right up. I have some big ideas for the yard....Cliff just has to hand over his credit card. Actually after I get back from Easter vacation I am purchasing a few evergreen border trees for him. I do love the nursery! Anyway, the dryer was delivered and I had to come inside to set it up. When I was done, it had started raining outside so that put a big dent in my plans to continue pulling Ivy.
I had started working on all the casement windows. For some reason half of them were not working. I got them open, sprayed WD-40 on all the important places and adjusted the brackets. The big bay in the dining room has 5 windows in it and I have them all working now. I took the screens upstairs to clean in the bathtub. They are drying so I can put them back in later. Now, I have 5 more windows in the kitchen mini bay window and the 2 side windows to work on. After that there are 5 windows in the Master bedroom that need attention. I know for a fact that I will need to get 3 new crank replacements because someone forced them when the window was sticking and broke them. All they had to do was remove the screen and pull on the window so it wouldn't break the crank case...but NO. Now if I could just get it though their heads that the windows warp if you only close the bottom latch because you are too lazy to stand up and latch the top. I don't get it. Anyway, its time to flip my third load of laundry....its folding time!

The good thing is that I am in a great mood now. I just have to let it pass and try not to stress...then things are so much better.
