I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

Look out, I'm in a really nasty mood. My nose is running. Yep, that started it all off. I started a load of towels this morning like I do every morning and I ended up with a stuffy nose, headache and a rash. Guess who was over last night doing laundry. Guess she used TIDE again. Nice. When I went upstairs today I discovered the two things that drive me crazy to see first thing in the morning. The kitchen table was a mess because nobody washed it off after they ate. I'm not talking crumbs, I'm talking greasy Chinese food sauces smeared everywhere. then the garbage can was running over but instead of removing it and putting in a new bag they just started shoving stuff in a paper bag next to it. There were also chunks of food in the sink from the night before which grosses me out. I can't stand a messy kitchen first thing in the morning. It just starts the day off on the wrong foot. It's kind of like when you empty the dishwasher and load all the dirty dishes from the sink into it and 5 minutes later some lazy butt sits dishes in the sink instead of putting them in the dishwasher. THAT DRIVES ME NUTS. Remember this is coming from the person that goes around putting the glasses she finds sitting around in the dishwasher. Yep, you may have just poured that but if you leave it sitting around the kitchen while you are somewhere else, it will be in the dishwasher when you come back.

I drove Sam to school today because he had, in addition to his back pack, his sax and a tennis racket. His bus is over crowded and its not always likely that he will be able to sit so I was nice and drove him. When I got back, I opened the garage door and decided to trash some crap that was falling all over the place. Its garbage day so I wanted to get in out of there before the guys picked up our rubbish. I did that until I started sneezing and decided to come in side and get some stuff together for a run to the post office. I'm mailing my taxes off today. Jim was kind enough to do them for me today. He's the best.

I'm going to go now. I'm off to discover some more crap that will drive me crazy. Later taters.

Messy kitchens and inconsiderate diners are a huge pet peeve for me. Everyone around here knows how to bus their dish and load the dishwasher. When mom is happy, everyone is happy!!

Oh yeah, I was not a happy camper. Lucky for everyone, once I got things in order I slowly perked up.
