I finished making Kelley's banner for her 16th birthday. I was getting ready to glitter the design, hence the glue in the far, top, right-hand corner. I have to mail it either on Sat. or Monday. I need to have it to her Mom before the 14th. Kelley was a Valentine's Day baby. I'm done with banners for a while. I have to be in the mood to make them.
