OOOOkay!
I never knew there was such a problem with people urinating over guard rails that someone was forced to put up a sign. That's not good, not good at all.
Looks to me like a footbridge in the background, maybe people are sometimes under the railing that is along the road over the stream. I don't think, I'd want anyone peeing on me.. You know those guys, don't aim anywheres, they just let'er go!
