I was talking to Katie earlier and she shared with me a little of her poetry for her class at F & M. I enjoyed them very much.
Selected poetry of Katie
I wish we could be like this all day.
Kiss upon
Kiss upon
Kiss upon
Kiss
And forty more to fill the void
Of the seconds we spend apart.
Hide behind that door again.
Grab me like a savage and kiss me until I can’t breathe.
Make my body limp again.
No one’s looking.
No one’s listening.
I’ll tell you that I need you,
You’ll tell me just the same.
We’ll lay enfolded in each other’s arms thinking
“What they don’t know won’t kill them.”
(and)
My heart flutters from one extreme to another,
Leaving me as fragile as a butterfly,
Sending my mind in a spin, my soul in a sling.
Yeaaaa poetry... now for some good poetry. :P I am not a leach fan. :) I did, however, love the content of that first poem.
ReplyDeletescrew you....I like my Katies poetry.
ReplyDeleteBRING IT ON! :P
ReplyDeleteYou want it, huh. I thought you were staying away from the ladies....hmmmm. All talk, huh.
ReplyDeleteheheh You only got a few thousand miles to bring it to me... hahaha What do I have to fear?
ReplyDeleteDon't under estimate me.
ReplyDeleteOOOooOOOooOOOo I am soooo scared... NOT! heheh :P
ReplyDeletelol...you , Mister, are trouble. Why do you read my site? You love to bug me, don't you.
ReplyDelete....................Bugging you is now a part of my sad, gloomy life. If I can get under your skin then I feel little better about myself. Didn't you know that your family hired me? hehehehe :P
ReplyDeleteHoly F&#%!!! I should have guessed they would do something like that. They can't get th best of me when they fight fair.
ReplyDeletewell... at least I tink I can get them to say "Thank you, OSirLucas for giving Netter such a delightfully hard time." :P I am trying to be proactive in the hiring process... in other words, your family has not hired me, YET!
ReplyDeleteI can tell you right now that they are cheap asses...so they are not going to pay you for the enjoyment you get in bugging me. In fact, they may be sending you a bill.
ReplyDeleteOh do not worry, Netter, I work for free when it is simply so enjoyable. :P
ReplyDeleteThat figures....its just my luck!
ReplyDeleteThis took me back to freshman creative writing. We would all read our work aloud and feel so very accomplished and proud of our pieces. I read some of them now--my own and some of my classmates--and I just smile. To be young and full of hope...very cute.
ReplyDeletejust for the record... I thought, "Kaitlin R. Leach" was some famous poet that you enjoyed reading... I did not realize until this night that "Kaitlin R. Leach" was the same as "Katie"! All this effort to give Netter a hard time... *sigh*
ReplyDeleteLucas....I said it was for a class...therefore, perhaps you would have got the jist that she was in school....jesh!
ReplyDeletegeez... my excuse is that I am a man and that you are a woman and you were speaking... do men ever listen to women? :P
ReplyDeleteSome men do listen....but they are totally pussy whipped.
ReplyDeletehahahahahahahah hahahahahaha :P so if a man listens to you, Netter, then he is pussy whipped... ahhh btw, how is the single life? hehehe :P
ReplyDeleteumm ouch, I guess that could be taken any number of different ways... *sigh* I really did mean that in the best possible worst way. ;)
ReplyDeletemeow
ReplyDeleteosirlucas can suck my cock
ReplyDeleteand I edited those poems... so they are actually pretty different
ReplyDeleteKatie, sweetie, did you forget again? You don't have a cock, honey! You really need to get over the penis envy.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I agree with netter. hehehe :P
