Yeah, that looks just about right. It's getting a little crazy, isn't it.
You hitchhike with a mattress? How the hell. You know, its not really safe to do that. Ofcourse you are in Alaska...it must be different up there. You should get a little cart to pull behind your bike.
I was in Hawaii when I did that mattress hitchhiking. Normally I leave objects that size behind and through the rest on a plastic tub that I pull behind me with a 30' piece of rawhide.

All I can say is SUCKER! I walk or ride a bike... so I have to make a few concessions like hitchhiking with a mattress or such. Cest la vie.
